Do you take insurance?

Currently, we accept Medicare and Medicaid. For individuals covered by other insurance companies, we are able to provide you with receipts to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement as outlined in your policy.

What are your fees?

Fees are dependent on services being requested. Please contact us to discuss what services are required, and fees can be provided at that time.

How often do I have to come?

Frequency will be dependent on the issues/topics being addressed. Typically, initial sessions will be weekly for the first 6-8 weeks, as we identify the issues and topics that are being addressed. Frequency may then be decreased over a period of time. However, this will be based on your availability and needs.

who can benefit from individual and team coaching?

There are three areas where coaching can make a specific contribution:

  1. Developmental: Coaching clients in their current role. Few companies have continued to support a planned and consistent approach to the development of senior executives. Not all bosses you have worked for are natural mentors, so you have had to figure out a great deal on your own. There may be other options. You don’t know what you don’t know and there’s never a bad time to learn.

  2. Transitional: Assisting a client who has just assumed a greater level of responsibility in their current or a new firm. If you rely exclusively on the skills that helped you succeed before, you may join the 40% of other executives who don’t make it through their first year in a new role. The costs of failure for all involved are very large here, financially, emotionally and in terms of business momentum.

  3. Integrational: A coach can be very valuable in providing assistance to an executive charged with leading a complex organizational change. The success of the client AND the integration effort are both critical.

What is your cancellation policy?

24 hours notice or session is billable unless rescheduled within same work week.

Do you have evening or weekend hours?

Yes, these hours are negotiable dependent upon availability.
